Alina Poloboc is a contemporary visual artist based between Miami and Mallorca. Her practice is defined by a distinctive visual universe in which recurring blue figures move between reality and imagination, exploring emotion, identity, human connection, and the complexities of contemporary life.
Working across painting and mixed media, Poloboc has developed a recognizable language characterized by electric blue, expressive lines, layered textures, vivid contrasts, and symbolic imagery. Her compositions often combine humor, intimacy, and surreal elements, creating scenes that feel simultaneously familiar and unexpected.
Her work has been presented internationally through solo and group exhibitions and contemporary art fairs in the United States and Europe, including CONTEXT Art Miami, Affordable Art Fair New York, Art Santa Fe, and Miami Dade College.
Living and working between Europe and the United States continues to influence her perspective and the evolving world inhabited by her characters.
